I can help SCORE clients start and grow a new business, particularly in the federal government sector.  As founder of my own company in the government sector, I served as President and CEO.  As a start up, I had to wear every hat, learning the ropes of business management, finance, human resources and marketing.  I am a strong believer that  business plans and strategic planningare are critical to success.  I also am a strong advocate for positive leadership and fostering a culture that promotes an employee's value and active engagement.  Prior to starting my own company, I was a healthcare executive in the behavioral health sector.
