The Succinct Business Plan
This workshop offers a unique approach to thinking about, researching, documenting, writing and selling a Business Plan in three pages of text with three spreadsheets. The objective is to set you on a path to developing a well thought out, well documented, realistic, verifiable, creditable Business Plan. Discussion will be on how to produce the plan appropriate to your needs and situation. Beginning and working from the template described in the introductory talk, you'll work on business plan concepts and techniques and how you can go about getting yours done with a minimum of work and agony.

In t his second QuickBooks workshop, you will learn about choices to be made in setting up your particular business.
This seminar includes a step-by-step demonstration in setting up a company within QuickBooks. Options screens that appear during the company setup will be explained, as well as company-wide vs user preferences, and basic software navigation.
